Sun Studio

This salon came highly recommended from multiple friends of mine, and now I see why! It is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have great prices. What I liked the most was that the young lady who helped me buy a package explained everything and showed me lotion from all prices ranges-- instead of just selling me the most expensive. Awesome experience overall!

Sun Studio is a five star tanning salon! The amazing owner and welcoming staff provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment in their tanning beds. This salon also offers spray tanning which happens to be the highlight of my week. The owner conducts the spray tans efficiently and carefully. I am a fair skinned woman who loves to have a beautiful bronzed tan. Sun Studio offers a gorgeous tan and a fabulous tanning experience.

I just started tanning at Sun Studio a few weeks ago, and I love it. Everyone who works there is really nice and the salon is very clean. They have awesome beds and it is obvious they change the lamps regularly, b/c after just a few visits I had a great tan. They also carry really good lotions, and have tons of different packages to choose from. I won't waste money tanning anywhere else now that I've found this salon. Highly recommend!

Sun Studio is the best tanning salon I have ever set foot in! I'm fair skinned and always looking for a way to get some color for the summer and with the fabulous beds and spray tans my options are endless! The spray tans are the best always giving me an even bronze glow that always lasts me at least up to two weeks! The prices you can't beat and the staff is sooo friendly and helpful! Would reccomend Sun Studio to everyone!

I LOVE SUN STUDIO!!! The girls there are so friendly and very helpful!! They greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door, the beds are wonderful and the prices are well worth it for the service you get!! I wouldn't go to any other place! I've been to others in the past but none of them compare to Sun Studio!!

I heard about Sun Studio from my friend Liz and i have to say i liked it alot and i have to drive over 25 minutes just to tan here but it is so worth it! cant wait till i can start tanning again! they r really sweet and make you feel like they care unlike other tanning places and really make you feel at home! My daughter Liz Northrup tans here and although i dont tan i love the place because as a concerned Mommy for my daughter tanning i know she is in good hands with Sun Studio and the knowledge keeps her from burning and i know she is safe from germs because Sun Studio is very clean! I just moved here to Lexington and was looking for a tanning salon. A girl that I worked with recommended Sun Studio. I have to say that I was so satisfied with my tanning experience. First of all the staff that works there is so nice, friendly, and accomadating. There are a variety of different quality beds to choose from. The prices on lotions and tanning packages are very reasonable! They also have a girl that spray tans by hand (Which I prefer!) and she was a WONDERFUL job! I got so many compliments when she sprayed me for an wedding I had coming up. The facility is also always immaculate! I really enjoy this tanning salon more than any other I have every been to! I DEFINITELY give this one five stars!!!!!

This is by far the best tanning facility I have ever been to! I've been tanning for years and Sun Studio is the only salon around that has wonderful, knowledgable staff who always greet me with the biggest smile and make me feel so welcome everytime I'm there. In just one visit I received more color from their tanning beds then any other salon i've been to. With so many levels and packages to choose from, including the best spray tanning in town, I would recommend this store to everyone! You will not find prices, tanning beds, spray tanning or staff like theirs anywhere else!

Sun Studio is the best tanning salon in the Lexington/Columbia area! I have been tanning there since they opened and I love it. The ladies who work there are so nice and everyone makes me feel so comfortable. They have amazing beds and great prices. Plus, they also have a girl who does spray tans by hand and it looks so good! I couldn't imagine tanning anywhere else now that I've been going here. Highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough how much I love Sun Studio! The beds are great and the customer service is THE BEST! The young ladies who work there always help me pick a package & lotion that fit my budget-- and they have NO CONTRACTS or sign-up fees. I am also a huge spray tan customer-- they have an airbrush tech that does the airbrush tan by hand, so it looks so natural and way better than any of the spray tan booths. I have done the spray tan before with a woman in Columbia and it was terrible!!! I immediately called Sun Studio and went in and the girl fixed it and I walked out looking great! Sun Studio has it all and I wouldn't tan anywhere else now that I've been there!

I became a customer of Sun Studio because a friend of mine tans there. It is a fabulous salon! The beds are great, everything is so clean, and the ladies that work there are so nice. When I went to sign up I was so impressed with the quality of everything in the salon-- beds, lotion, and customer service. The young lady working gave me a tour of the salon, gave me 3 FREE visits, and told me I could try everything first and then sign up. I was so impressed after 1 visit I signed up before I left! And, the prices are great! I wouldn't spend my money tanning anywhere else now!

It's always a treat to visit Sun Studio! Mandy and the girls are just what you would expect to see in a business like this - always upbeat and happy to see you. I've never been greated with less than a big hello along with a matching smile. Sun Studio is always clean - and you do NOT always find this to be in case in the taning businesses.



In addition to the hot beds, Sun Studio keeps a great selection of tanning products, as well as a GREAT sunglass selection.

I've been tanning at Sun Studio since the day the doors opened and all I can say is that it is truely EXCEPTIONAL!! I wouldn't tan anywhere else!! Their facility is CLEAN, attractive and soothing. Their beds are "out of this world" and far exceeds your tanning expectations! The staff is SECOND TO NONE!! Their packages are tailored to meets every customers needs and are more than reasonably priced. If you want to experience what a GREAT tanning salon should be....TAN at SUN STUDIO....you will not be disappointed!! If they decide to sell franchises...sign me up!! I know a good thing when I see it!!

I've been going to this tanning salon for about a year now, and I don't think that I have ever met such a friendly and knowledgable staff. The beds are amazing, and all work great. The best thing about the first time I came to the salon was that they let you try the three different levels of beds before you decide what package you want! It was a great experience. I would most definitely recommend this salon for anyone in the lexington and surrounding areas.

This is a really nice salon. They gave me 3 free visits, so that I could try each bed before making a decision on which package I wanted to buy. There was no pressure to purchase, and the lotion selection was awesome. The salon was super clean, and the girl behind the counter was really knowledgeable.
