Pat Lobb Toyota of Longview

I bought my wife a 2014 certified pre-owned Highlander with 9,000 miles less than a year ago. We had the vehicle serviced six times because the bumper would not stay in and kept popping out. After the bumper was fixed on the sixth trip to the service department, the Bluetooth and navigation stopped working on the radio. After being treated poorly by the service department, and being lied to by the service manager and the general manager (who both claimed they would replace our bumper and deliver the vehicle to us once fixed, which did not happen), we decided to trade in our vehicle just to get away from this dealership. Then we discovered prior to buying our vehicle it had been wrecked (so much for "certified").
We e-mailed the general manager, Harold Hurst, who has refused to respond to us. After forwarding our e-mail to Toyota directly the service manager did reach out to my wife and offered to once again fix our vehicle. We traded the vehicle in today at a loss and we were glad to.

My husband and I have been car shopping for the past few weeks. We did a lot of searching on-line to find reliable cars and reputable dealers. We live near Dallas, and did most of our shopping with the local dealers here in the DFW area. We worked with six different sales associates before throwing in the towel. While several of these salesmen and women were pleasant, there was no follow-up. Did no one care if we had questions or concerns? We finally started exploring different areas of East Texas and found Toyota of Longview. Upon our arrival at Toyota of Longview, we were greeted by several of the men working that day, and they had our car all ready for our test drive. Yesterday, we drove away in our new Toyota Camry! Toyota of Longview earned our business by building trust, credibility and by using good old-fashioned customer service! We couldn't be any happier with our new vehicle and would recommend Toyota of Longview to anyone looking for a no-hassle experience!
