Auto Haus Cosmetics

Was referred by BMW. I took my vehicle to Auto Haus for an estimate and a few other places. I decided to go where BMW referred. It was a 3 day job. The car looked great when I picked it up. The employees are even friendly and easy to understand, it didn't seem like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Job well done. I will absolutely spread the name.

Great service. In and out in one day. Superb work and even gave me a ride back to my house.

BEN SEEMS LIKE A NICE GUY AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY SEEM TO MEET DEADLINES WHICH IS VERY RARE FOR BODY SHOPS. ALL IN ALL NOT THE BEST BY BY FAR NOT THE WORST!

i was happy when i first saw there work. but then once i got home i looked around the car and saw that there was scratches that i never noticed before also that paint on the lower bumper was bubbling and peeling off. when i tried to call ben he wasn't at auto haus or never picked up his cell phone. i was able to get ahold of one of the other employes. i took my car in and all they were willing to do was to fix a scratch that was by the trunk after denying that they did it. they then wanted to charge me another $100 to get the bumper repainted. Then a few weeks later i locked myself in my trunk as a joke thinking the trunk release button would work on the inside which it didn't after spending 15min in my trunk i was final able to get out. all in all i wouldn't go to auto haus again. i have had friends who like the work they do but after my experience i would rather pay more and have it done right rather then to have to suffer with a poorly done job.
