I've taken my '99 Dodge Ram to Scotti in Middletown for service several times over the past years. I've always found the personel frindy and knowledgable. They are spot on with estimates for repairs and always conference before work is performed. Every time I've picked up my truck, the mechanic has thaken the time to show the bad parts and eplained how repairs were done.

Took my 2001 Mazda 626 to Scotti in Middletown. I have been there several times with no problems and have always experienced great service. This particular time the car took a little longer to get fixed than I thought it would and this made me a little upset. Although there was a delay, the situation was thoroughly explained and they went above and beyond to get me the part that was needed. They remained courteous and professional even though my attitude wasn't at its best. Please accept my apology. You made sure the car wasn't just fixed...it was fixed right and that's what I needed.

As always, excellent service. Also a great place to save money, when you get the Bill you don't feel ripped off. They seem to go out of their way to save you money.

Scotti in Middletown is great. Their diagnoses is always good, estimates are spot on and the vehicle is always ready when promised. Scotti has worked on all 3 of my vehicles over the years and I have never been disappointed. I took my car here because thats where my cousib had his done so I figured I try them out prices were fair they was real nice to me and showed me different muffler sounds and tips I wanted and installed them how I wanted and I was satisfied with the results I recommand anyone in area to go here I will return in future.

My visit to Scotti Muffler was usually a pleasant one. The staff interactions with me was very good. All of my questions regaring my vehicle were answered and I was afforded the services I needed at a minimum cost. I definately plan on doing my oil change there and should there be any repair needed on my vehicle, scotti Muffler will be my number 1 option!
