        Overall

        At one time this tobacco & e-cig store had help who left the building, leaving a "be back soon" sign. They have now resolved this issue and provide the best service and products. They are knowledgeable and even clean my equipment. R. has taught me how to prolong coil life. Best by far and Five Star rating is much deserved.

        COMPLAINT!! DON'T GO! Under ne...

        COMPLAINT!! DON'T GO! Under new ownership, new owner has sub par quality products. Does not stand behind products he sell or the warranty. Called store in less than 12 hours and owner basically said not his problem! So sorry the previous owner sold. New name of store is Plymouth Cigar and Tobacco. (P.s- purchase was NOT cigars or Tobacco) I give new store and ownership a big ZERO. but this system makes me give at less a 1 star.
