He obtained his medical degree at University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his residency at Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital, La Grange, Illinois. Dr. Toupin is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and participates in the Family Medicine Certification process. He keeps busy trying to keep pace with his son, his love of music and cinema entertainment. Dr. Toupin and his family reside locally in Murrieta and aim to impact the community.

LeeAnn Green, NP received her undergraduate education from Georgia State University, graduating with a BS in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude. She continued her graduate education at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). NP Green is licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys live music, roller skating and lots of outdoor activities. Her special clinical interests include anti-coagulation therapy (Coumadin Clinic), diabetes, nutrition, preventative health maintenance, women’s health, and wound care.

Dr. Heather Pleskow-Weisman obtained her medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed her residency at University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She continued her training and fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University at Buffalo. If you ever require a tour or need advice about shoveling winter snow, you can be confident, she is the expert! Dr. Pleskow-Weisman is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and participates in the Maintenance of Certification program. She keeps busy with her three wonderful and active children and can be found enjoying the beautiful weather that Southern California is famous for.
