clean ,on time ,friendly ,polite, driver .I used checker cab the other day my expectation was more then limit thanks checker driver no 77

Ran into me damaged my car my dad is hurt because of one of the drivers" Valentine's day

I called and asked for cab, they said 15 minutes; an hour later he never showed!! I called three times and they told me to stand out in the cold so they would see him (at night when is was 20 degrees!) told them I was at Cheesecake Factory at the mall so they knew where I was! Ridiculous - never use them!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. PASSED BY ME TWO TIMES DID NOT EVEN STOP AT MY HOUSE! THEN THE DRIVER GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE ADDRESS I NEEDED. WTF! WHY DID THEY ASK ME FOR DROP OFF ADDRESS IF THEY NEEDED ME TO BE A HUMAN GPS?! AND WHAT CAB SERVICE DOESNT HAVE GPS?! HORRIBLE SERVICE... JUST HORRIBLE!

I called 5 hours in advance and called at the time they were due to arrive and found that they were still 15 minutes away. They said it was because "they were busy". I, luckily, had back up arrangements and cancelled the cab.

I't seems that all calls to this Cab. Co. are routed outside the city that I live { Nashville, Tn. ) without given any hold ttime . thanks

Horrible customer service! Checker Cab needs to get rid of everyone on their dispatch team. I will never deal with them again. CC is the rudest company I've ever encountered.
