Big Dog Chimney Service

An appointment was made for specific date and time. When I called the company to find out why they had not shown up on time, the owner explained that he'd forgot. This company should work on keeping scheduled appointments and if running late - give a courtesy call to the customer - to let them know the approximate time of their arrival.

I have several homeowners that were all waiting to see what I thought of the service, because they too, needed a chimney sweep. We called another company and they will receive a free reference spot on our Neighborhood Association's website instead...

We had an appointment that was scheduled for a specific day and time. I raced home from work on that day in order to arrive before the scheduled time. After four hours they never showed up so I ended up calling them to see what happened. They said they got busy and asked if they could reschedule for the next day. I said okay and I would make sure that I was home. I asked them what time they expected to arrive. They said the same time as it was schedule previously. Well, low and behold they never showed up the next day and never even called. I wasn’t about to call them again and reschedule because evidently they didn’t what my business. I wouldn’t waste my time calling Big Bog’s, they won’t show up anyways.

Big Dog arrived late. They cleaned our chimney and did a nice job of not messing up the house.

They found several problems with our chimney. They explained many options, most expensive, and said they would contact us for futher work. (We were ready to spend plenty money to update our chimney) They never contacted us. They lost our future business.
