Jenny Craig can definately help you lose the weight. They give you the tools to not only lose the weight, but keep it
off too. If you choose to work the program then you will be successful. But you have to eat right and get some
activity in your life or the weight will come back. There is no magic answer, just a plan that if you choose to work
it WILL WORK!!

You eat their food while you are
losing but then your consultant
continues to help you make healthy choices when you start eating your own food. I know people that have
lost on Jenny Craig after all the other programs failed. I would
recommend you at least check it out.

As long as you eat their foods and take their vitamins you lose, stop that and poof weight comes back, you're better off to learn to eat right for life
If you would have paid any attention to the structure of the program they teach you that, you just chose not to be successful.
