Horrible service. And if you own a Lennox heater, be sure to let them know beforehand. My technician was cussing (literally) and cursing my heater the entire time. I'm sorry that it came with the house. I'll be sure to consult my heating repairman the next time I'm in the market for a home. The Service Manager was horribly unprofessional as well. As soon as I gave her pushback about the cost of repairs she threw the tired line out that I could go elsewhere. So I am. I am willing to pay more to go to a different company for service than to use this company ever again.
