I just checked the BBB and they have an "F"- if only I had checked earlier.

begin with calling to delay the appointment time TWICE, brought broken repair parts and said it wasn't his fault, didn't bring everything he needed and talked about charging a trip charge to go get what he needed and how nice he was for not charging me three trip fees (!!) wanted to use my kitchen carpet as "an old piece of carpet or something to move the stove with"- spoke poorly of the service guy who referred him(?!?) -what a piece of work this guy is!

Very poor experience. I do not recommend these guys. I am not pleased with anything that happened with them.
