        Overall

        My husband and son broke down, and called S and R. The man they spoke to said " Sure, no problem. I can tow you. Be there in about 20 minutes to half an hour." An hour and half later no tow truck, and they wouldn't even answer the phone again. Don't waste your time calling these people move on to the next one on the list!

        Overall

        I called at 10am to have my car towed. Was told by the driver he would head out in about 1 hour and call me then. By 11:35 I hadn't heard anything. I called the number and the receptionist answered. No one had record of speaking with me. They were going to call Sylvester, who they presumed I spoke with, and get back to me. Ten minutes later they couldn't get get a hold of him. I made other arrangements and tried calling them to to tell them never mind. They won't answer the phone now.
