the landlords are horrible. the owners send their little old mother to try and help you with your issues, and you never know if she understands what the problem is! we had water coming in our window, and instead of fixing the problem the RIGHT way, they came and sealed the window shut so we couldn't ever open the window! they will come into your apartment without asking and use your apartment for giving other people tours. and then when you move out they will never ever give you your security deposit back (even if nothing went wrong in your apartment and you kept everything perfectly clean)

it's a great location, but that's about it. the place leaves a lot to be desired.
