        Overall

        Very noisy in the second floor apartments. You can hear every footstep of your neighbors above. I'd only recommend if you can get a third floor room.

        OK for student housing - not luxury by any measure. Maintenance is tolerable and management is unresponsive. Gave bad check for refund of security deposit.
