As soon as I walked through the door I knew I was in the right place! I have a laptop that I've 'mcgyver'd' to stay alive for the last 2 years. This time I had a 'key' that was down to it's last piece of metal. The owner looked through his excess equipment hoping he could just replace it, no luck, nothing that was compatible. Then we talked about replacing the keyboard, but with all the bolts (yes bolts) holding the screen in it would be a bit complicated and time consuming (I didn't have the $ to spend to replace the keyboard right now). Knowing that I wanted to keep this thing alive he suggested attaching a keyboard (geeze why didn't I just think of that!). For $5 he sold me a key board and with that my laptop will be staying alive a while longer! Thank you Greg!

My computer crashed, and the staff at My Technology Specialist were able to save my most important data for the business I run using QuickBooks. This was vital to me, and they were able to extract just what I needed, and at a very reasonable price. This was the second time I've used their business, and have been very satisfied with results. I can't say enough nice things about these guys.

I would recommend My Technology Specialist to anybody! Great service, at a great price! My laptop wouldn't let anyone in, so I brought it in to their store for the first time. Aaron and the whole crew knew right away what the problem was, and they helped a lot! My laptop was dropped off 12:00 Tuesday and was done at around 5:00 the same day! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was so impressed!

These guys really helped us out last weekend! My computer got hit with a power surge, and I couldn't access the internet ( Network Card ) I left it with them late Friday afternoon and Saturday it was ready, JUST AWESOME!! and at a really good price too!! I highly recommend this store for all your Computer and Networking projects.

As a first time customer living in town; I was greeted with a smile and a listening ear from Greg and the staff. I was having seperate problems with our laptop and desktop computers. (viruses, slow, wireless intermittent connections...). They were able to resolve all problems within two days. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered to my understanding. I did not feel rushed. On Friday when I picked up my repaired laptop, Aaron (Tech) reviewed and made suggestions to maintain best performance. I mentioned an issue I was having with my router, Greg offered to make a house call after he closed the store. When he arrived at 6:00pm; the 5 minute fix turned into an hour. Greg was very knowledgeable and thorough with my main computer, and fixed a nasty Office problem. His staff also capably moved all the files from my wife's latop after it crashed. Rates for service were fair and well below the competition. Overall, a very pleasant experience indeed.

These guys know their stuff. If you're running a home-based or traditional bricks and mortar business in the Norton Attleboro, Mansfield area, I would definitely recommend them for PC tuneups, virus removal, etc. Unlike the kids at Geek Squad or Staples, these guys actually fixed my computer and left it purring.
