Laura was somewhat new at this career when we asked her to help us find a place that met our likes and avoided our dislikes in a vacation destination. She worked very hard on this, searching for places in many different possible destinations and gave us some good choices with great rates and just what we wanted. I was very happy with how hard she worked and how she really listened to what we wanted. I highly recommend using Laura for your travel needs. The only reason I gave her four instead of five stars on the "Knowledgeable" category is because she is still learning the business, but her willingness to do research more than made up for that.
