Southside Pet Hospital

We took my sister's dog Charlie there and when we called and said it was an emergency they said bring him in right away, after waiting an hour for him to be seen. He was not acting normal, not wanting to go outside he seemed really weak. The vet looked at him and said give him pepcid ac for his stomach, saline for a mucus in his eye and benadryl. We got home and 20 minutes after we left Southside Charlie pooped on my floor and he had worms, I immediately called Southside and all they wanted was the stool sample. The vet gave us antibiotics and said he would be fine. Well he wasn't. Charlie passed away within 12 hrs of leaving there. I called them the next day and they were rude and showed no compassion what so ever. I have called them 3 times to talk to someone in charge and never received a call back. Take your pet somewhere else! Somewhere that they actually care!!
