Just In Time Refrigeration

I am very satisfied with my service today. Coming home to no AC on 105 degree day in AZ is not good. I called Just In Time because I have had good luck with them in the past. I called after the office was closed and a real person answered and I was called back within ten minutes. The guy that called was real pleasant and willing to help me and took the time to explain what to expect. Kevin came right out told me what was wrong and the price and with my approval my AC was up and running in no time. Thank you for changing my mind about service companies!

It clearly states on this site to call now for a free estimate but when i did, the owner stated he had no idea why it said that. he charges $140 just to come out and tell you what's wrong. What happened to quality service you can trust?

I don't usually write reviews, but these people deserve to have the word spread about them. On 9/29 I called another company at 8am to service my walk-in freezer that was blowing warm air. I told them that I had a delivery coming in at noon and I needed it running by then. When 12:30 rolled around and had not yet seen the repair man, I called them. I was told that they could not get there till after 5pm!!! I was in a panic, as I would have lost all the meat that had just been delivered. I called Just In Time and told them my situation. The office staff was very understanding and helpfull. Within half an hour of my phone call they had one of their guys at my store.The tech was very professional. I could tell he new what he was doing. He got my feezer up and running in less than an hour and did charge me an arm and a leg. They saved my product!!!Needless to say, I threw out the number for that other company. From here and out, I will ONLY call Just In Time when I need service.

I CALLED THEM IN A PINCH AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SENT OUT A TECH WHO KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO TO FIX MY ICE MACHINE. I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE.
