They can't answer simple questions they say anything that you want to hear and they are only open Wednesdays till noon

I talked one of the reception worker in this location yesterday. I feel that he was not able to clarify my questions instead of misleading and completely unknowledgable the social security law of the us. I am able to get all my answers from the SS website. Thanks the SS the online services.
