I would give them less stars if possible. This company insists upon using your social security number for your account number. Then to add any additional creditors to your account you have to mail in a form with your name, address, and social security number. Around 2 weeks after I mailed the form in I started having problems cashing checks. Looking into the problem I found that a mysterious drivers license that wasnt mine is now linked to my checking account. Not just at one place but at several. I called credit guard, and found that my form had never arrived. They said it basically wasnt their problem. That I had no proof that I had mailed the form, no proof where I mailed the form to, and they weren't going to take any responsibility for this. I have decided I am going to take my business elsewhere.....I suggest you do the same.

I was nervous

I am a Senior Citizen and hear such horror stories about seniors getting scammed. I needed help so I called Debt Relief. I liked the fact that I got a personal counselor who stayed with me through the process. She was very patient and addressed all my questions and concerns. Of course, I did check them out on the BBB too. They have a great report. Eva R
