Despicable!!! This company auctions off crates that they "lost" instead of returning them the the owners. How many military families move their precious memories such as scrapbooks, first teddy bears, or other items that cannot just be replaced. This company is simply trying to make an additional profit at the cost of the customer :(

They came and delivered our household goods and just left the boxes. Sincer were military there normally supposed to unpack everything however you have the choice to have them come back and pick up the boxes or so we were told. Called today to get them to come pick the boxes up and was told they do not do that. I'm very unhappy with them. So if your unfortunate to have them bring your household goods make them unpack everything!

Very professional!!! I cannot say enough about this company.....they packed and loaded my shipment like it was their own personal belongings. As a military member, there is a lot of stress when moving but Bay Area Movers made me feel so comfortable and secure. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

My stuff arrived in hawaii molded . Don't trust this company the only thing that went right is it Made it in Hawaii. they didn't line Boxes or seal them.
