I called C. H. Smith Appliances and they were very helpful on the phone. They sent a repair person out the next day, and he explained what was wrong and repaired the dryer that day. He was also, on time. We really liked the service we received and will definitely call them again.

Ready to serve with that first call. Explained how the work was going to be done and how long it would take. I appreciated the fast service but most of all we liked the idea of being told when the repairman would arrive and it was truly the time he was here!!
