Most people seek help only after doing everything they can to solve their problems on their own. For 16+ years, adolescents, adults, and elders have reached to me for help. I specialize in: * Women's Issues (Growing From Adolescent To Healthy Woman, Infertility, Pregnancy, Parenting, Menopause) * Trauma (Rape, Abuse) * Life Transition (Marriage, Divorce, Mourning, Dying) * Anxiety (Panic, Phobia) * Hypnotherapy (Health Problems, Stress, Self-Esteem, Motivation, Visualizing Success) I try to climb into the client's world to understand the problem and to experience it "from the inside" with him/her. Then, we build a game plan targeting needs and goals. In addition to private practice, I have worked as a psychotherapist in dual diagnosis programs (clients with both drug/alcohol and emotional problems), prisons, and nursing homes. While I enjoy addressing different problems, my goal is for each client to leave therapy feeling more whole, alive, and accepting of their humanness.
