        Overall

        I am a frequent consumer of medically directed massage, acupuncture, and manual therapies. Adrianna is one of the best massage therapists I have experienced. She is skilled in multiple modalities including stretching, fascial manipulation, trigger point release, deep tissue massage, and cranial-sacral therapy. She uses these and many more to customize a holistic session specifically to your needs. Recommend highly.
