        Overall

        The mission statement of Enterprise should include a name with the brand, and that name should be George, because of his exceptional customer service and willingness to "make you feel" like you're the most important customer in the world. My entire family rents from this location just based on his outstanding caring attitude.....great company with a great leader at that location.

        Staff was very professional and efficient. They straightened out a mixed up reservation. Site does not have service to/from airport but they readily assisted in securing transport to airport.

        The staff is very helpful and professional. This is not the first time I rented from Enterprise and I will continue to rent from them. Keep up the great work.

        Overall

        After a botched reservation through another Enterprise location, the Spruce st. crew came to pick me up. I got a Chrysler 200 and left only to be driving a car with a violent shake over 40mph. This was a cause for a return trip to get another car. This car was fine ,but both cars interiors were dirty windows needed to be cleaned. Service good, cars not.
