Liborio's Latin Cafe

I can there on April 16th. & this was the worst food I have ever eaten, the food was cold & my friend had fish & the girls said it was Tilapia but my friend said it tasted like sheepshead, What happen did they sell this Caf to different owners!!! Now I have too find another place too eat because this place is not a good place too eat unless they change the way of there cooking ways, I hope the restaurant alert doesn't come here & the cleanup women wash cleaning the floor while people are eating not a very good thing to do.!!!
