West Coast Dental of Torrance

THE WORST dental office ever! Rude dentists, scammers, con artists who won't clean your teeth, even though they promise to, because their goal is to fleece MEDI-CAL by trying to upsell services. They told me I couldn't get my teeth cleaned (for free, which my insurance covers) because I needed a "deep cleaning" instead which costs $600-800!! They want to bill Medi-Cal for that instead, so they refused to clean my teeth. They forced me to endure 45 mins of xrays just to lie, cheat & scam me for more costly unnecessary services. He also tried to sell me crowns that I didn't ask for or need! Another $2000-$3000 they wanted to scam me out of! I am reporting them to MEDI-CAL for fraud (defrauding Medi-Cal) & to the BBB for refusing to provide basic needs services to covered patients!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Abraham explained everything very clearly and plainly.

I highly recommend West Coast Dental in Torrance, CA., my Dentist is Mina Abraham. I never worry about anything because his professionalism shines with knowledge & caring attitude. The staff are friendly professionals too and make you feel at home.
