        I have been bringing my animals to Rincon Vista since 2003 when Dr Bird was running the practice. I have noticed a decline in service over the last 2 years or so. My visit today will absolutely be my last. The service was horrible and the staff appear overrun, they seem like that can't keep anything straight. They were rude and unprofessional but worst of all didn't provide quality care for my pet. I'd suggest NOT bringing your beloved pet to this practice.
