The Pipe King Upland Inc

The first time I went to The Pipe King I was blown away by the prices. I figured there was no way they were going to stay that cheap. With the exception of the scales, the prices have remained unchanged. I personally don't care what country the glass comes from. As quickly as I break 'em it's nice to replace them cheaply. GREAT PRICES ON TESTING PRODUCTS!!!

The first few times I have been here to buy glass, the people were cool all around. The chick that works here is the coolest. And the most professional. The dude working there, he may be the manager I'm not sure, but he sure does have some sense of entitlement there. He's just a d bag. The one thing I hate is when some one denies me an exchange let alone return when two days prior I was told total opposite information by a different employee. That confuses me, and it irritates me. He refused to help me at all. I probably will never buy from them again just because if I have another problem with the size gauge on one of my pieces, I know that I can't return it. Even if I didn't use it. RIDICULOUS. I wasted a lot of money there. They never get new shipments either. Kinda lame.
