General Info
Café Cuba by Andris is a welcoming family-owned restaurant with a variety of diverse authentic and flavorful foods and amazing friendly services. Following the new ownership, we have kept everyone’s favorite dishes, adding minor tweaks to the recipes for improvement and adding our own twist to it. One of our favorites is the traditional Cuban, which Andris, the new owner, has perfected over the years. By slow-roasting pork for hours and topping it on fresh Cuban bread with ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles, it has quickly become one of our most high demand menu items. This is something Andris has been doing since he immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic in 1987. But it all began at the Floridita in Harlem NY, one of the city’s first Cuban restaurants. While the restaurant remains to be Cuban cuisine, we have slowly expanded and introduced Dominican and Puerto Rican delicacies. Such as the traditional Dominican Tres Golpes breakfast and Mofongo.Café Cuba by Andris is a welcoming family-owned restaurant with a variety of diverse authentic and flavorful foods and amazing friendly services.
