I found that they are a bit pushy as far as sales, yet I've lost 35 lbs with the lipo and some life style changes. Its not been easy, but the support Beach Weight Loss has provided was very helpfull.

I paid for services that were offered in the pamphlet but they did not deliver. When I went to my body wrap appointment they wrapped me in wet elastic bandages without exfoliating or applying the oil or mud. The only explanation I received was that they do not do this anymore. I also did not get the moisture sealing lotion as indicated in the advertisement and was simply told they "forgot". I wanted my money back but the owner told me there was nothing she could do. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, the owner dismissed all my claims and said I was being silly and to come back so she could show what a reputible company they are. I think if they promise you services you should get those services but this company does not do that!
