        Casa is a manufactured home community peacefully situated in the riverfront area of West Sacramento. The community offers 1 and 2 bedroom homes, located in a park-like setting that features spacious lots, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool. Our commercial center provides a sandwich shop, car wash, and barber shop. Each of the homes has a yard and covered parking, kitchen appliances, and air conditioning. We are across the street from a local library and Casa is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The community is also close to historic Old Town Sacramento and Raley Field, home to the AAA baseball River Cats.

        Well taken care of park . Not the best of locations but the area is improving . The city of west Sacramento is slowly improving the city .
