Books-To-Go

While they have a great price on their used books, they have ZERO return policy. I bought a book, $79. Got home and realized it was the exact same book I had bought from them 1 year earlier for another class. I tried to return it within 24 hours and they wouldn't take it back and told me I needed to bring it back for "book buy back" during finals week. Are you kidding??? Literally less than 24 hours and I can't get the money back? I understand their reasoning (people buy a book, find something cheaper and want to return the book they got from them), but can't they do something like, you have 36 hours to return for a full refund or 48 hours minus a 20% restocking fee? ANYTHING!?!?!!?
