        We are a tree stump removal company based in Wilmington, DE close to the PA border. This allows us to serve all of New Castle County, Delaware and most of Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. Our specialty is stump grinding; however, we have years of tree care experience and work closely with some local tree companies in the event you have tree care needs also. If it's made of wood and grows, we can almost always help you improve it or remove it! Although we aren't really doctors here at Stump MD it doesn't take a degree to see most stumps should be removed. Tree stumps pose tripping hazards, provide a perfect feeding ground and nesting site for pests, are unsightly and can reduce the potential value of your property. Many times the surface roots prevent you from maintaining your lawn or take up valuable yard space you would like to use.         Found Stump MD, LLC on the Int...

        Found Stump MD, LLC on the Internet Yellow Pages and called them on 9/22/11. Owner, Mike answered the phone. Said his brother Paul would meet me for an estimate to grind the stump of my Shademaster locust tree on 9/24/11 between 8-9 AM. Paul was timely, very professional, and gave me a written estimate. After considering 3 other estimates, I chose Stump MD, LLC. On 10/5/11 Paul ground my tree stump deeper than quoted so I could plant a 2 and 1/2" caliper Green Mountain sugar maple tree in the same location. Clean up was very efficient with all stump grindings removed. I highly recommend this company
