Chimney cricket crew shows excellent communication with us at all times. Their technician is very careful with tight places, very clean and does a meticulous job-inspection and cleaning of our chimney. We receive detailed feedback and instructions. Could not have been happier and definitely recommend Chimney Cricket!!!!!!

They arrived promptly about a week ago and cleaned and inspected my wood burning fireplace adequately. They noted a concern regarding some cracked tiles as well. Their charge was reasonable. They were to get back to me regarding what needed to be done in regard to the cracks in the back tiles but haven't as of yet. The service was very good and the tech was very personable.
