Awesome store and great people !!!

I have been using Wild Bills Pawn for over 25 years but after going in there and dealing with the uninformed counter help, I don't think I will be using them any more. Went in there with a 14K gold band and the very young inexperienced counter help had the nerve to tell me the gold ring was not gold. I know what the young man did, he quoted me a high price for the ring and instead of saying I have made a mistake and over quoted the price, he tries to make it look like I brought in a non gold item. Just FYI, took the ring to another place and they told me the ring indeed was 14K and they gave me the appropriate amount for the value of the ring. Also, this same young man was not even close to professional or for that matter, what I would call a valued employee.
