My wife and I stopped in over the weekend to look at a new RV and to trade in ours. We met with a nice young man, Taylor Wheaton. He was very profesional, and knowledgeable and made our decision making a lot easier. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!

I can't even give you 1 star, service was that horrible. We came to the store yesterday 9/7/2016 after driving for nearly 1 1/2 hours to purchase an RV. Walking into the front door we walked to the desk while workers piled up talking and giggling about really nothing. We had to ask where to go to see your RV'S as no one looked up to offer any kind of assistance. The girl at the desk pointed toward the door and said "over there". My fiance and i walked in 97+ degrees for over an hour looking for an RV to purchase, not once could we find a clerk, or get assistance. We left, watching your staff clowning around with each other. I looked up dealers in the area and found General RV just 6 miles away, upon entering we were given immediate asstiance, driven in a cart to view all RV'S that fit our needs and provided great customer service beyond any expectations We purchased a $53,000 RV yesterday from them. Shame on you for losing a great sale, but congrats to General RV, job well done.
