Best car buying experience I have had yet (and I am 72 years old). Great deal; great transparency. All car salespersons should be as helpful as Ralph Simeone me with this transaction.

I was in for my 5,000 mile oil change and a few other things and Brian Secord took very good care of me, per usual. He got me in and out in a reasonable time. I have been coming here for years as I am on my 3rd Sonata. I am very satisfied with Lia Hyundai and will be back for my next service.

my daughter was buying her 1st car....AJ the sales person was great w/her. he talked to her about the car not us...he listened to what she wanted and needed...didn't try to sell her just anything...he even made phone calls to see if there was a 19 (the car she brought was a 20) that met her needs which might have been less money. have 3 Hyundai all from Lia now and couldn't be happier w/staff and service

I went here for my 45,000 mile checkup. Brian Secord was very thorough with what was going to be done with my car, and updated me with other details while the car was being worked on. I left feeling safe and certain that my car was well taken care of. It's a good feeling to know that your car is up to par, especially when you have to drive 2 little children around in it.

I just moved to the area for work and was worried about financing without being a state resident yet. Despite the time crunch I was under to get out of a rental, Jim Sadlemire and Randy were able to get me on the road. Sadly, the car I wanted and test drove was sold the day before I was supposed to sign everything, but they got me an even better car for a good deal. I am so happy with this choice and definitely recommend Lia Hyundai and Jim!

I live 1-1/2 hours away from Lia Hyundai and it is definitely worth the trip to get great and friendly service, Edward Kosek is very professional, took the time to order a needed part efficiently and was able to accommodate me with an appointment working around my work schedule...he even saved me money with a coupon after my bill was completed! They are the best and I would highly recommend this dealership!!

Went in wanting to fix my third light on my 08 Sante Fe. Upfront they told me about the recalls for the vehicle checked and fixed the issue and was out within 3 hours. Asked them to second check potential repairs on my struts and springs and received good info that saved me $1200. Daryl Cross was exceptional in making all of this possible.

During our lives, my husband and I have bought our share of new and used vechicles. We have seen our share of different personalities and such traveling throught our military careers. Of all the different places and people, this dealership has the worst communication and customer service!



If you still purchase a vechilce from them make sure you do not pay out right! As long as they have your money they will not hold their end of the bargain in the time limit they have set for themselves!
