I recently bought a wedding gown at Ann Mattews Bridal and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I was thrilled to work with Ashley who nailed my taste and personality immediately. She was very hospitable to my family and me and made us all feel at home. I can't thank Ann Matthews enough for such a great experience! All of the dresses that I tried on were of the highest quality and apprearance. I got to evaluate a variety of different designs and cuts before narrowing in on my style (which I really appreciated). I also loved how I got to flip through a book first to help evaluate my personal taste and budget. I feel like this is something I had not experienced at other stores and was very beneficial to the success of the dress finding process. All in all, I feel at ease and confident about my purchase and would highly recommend the quality and experience to any future brides!

I am so glad I went into the bridal shop. They has some of the most beautiful wedding dresses that I had seen. I have also been to other stores and they didn't compare to the quality of the dresses at Ann Matthews. I would highly recommend ;-)

The service I received at Ann Matthews, the day I went to try on wedding dresses, was fantastic. They were very profession, and very polite and courteous, and picked out dresses they knew would look fantastic on me. If you are a bride looking for a dress, try Ann Matthews.

I went into the shop today to start looking for bridal gowns and was amazed by the selection they had in gowns and bridesmaid dresses. It was a priveledge to work with Veronica. She was so attentive and really understood what I was looking for in a dress. Veronica was so professional and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress and have a pleasant experience. I will definitely be purchasing my wedding dress from Ann Matthews Bridal.

I went into the shop today just planning to browse through their prom dress selection, but left with my dream dress! I was blown away not only by the selection of dresses being showcased, but the friendliness and attentiveness given by the employees! Being a younger costumer, I assumed I would be overlooked as I am so often . Although as soon as I stepped through the door at Ann Mathews I felt valued and appreciated! The staff was quick and happy to answer any question I had and did everything in their power to make sure I had an enjoyable experience finding the perfect dress for me! I would highly recommend this store not only to local residents but anyone looking for a broad selection of special event dresses or accessories and excellent costumer service!

Went in today for what should have been a wonderful morning but left with a bad taste for your shop. Let me start by saying my sister has always loved your dress selection and in our family alone we have purchased several dresses from your store. Today however the consultant was rude and seemed bothered by are being there. My sister had to put her own dresses on after her consultant Veronica left them laying on the fitting room floor. So sad! My sister did find her wedding dress but we will be traveling out of town to purchase it, for no reason other than the fact she no longer wishes to do business with this establishment.

My mom, sister and I recently visited Ann Matthews for my bridal appointment and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Not only was the staff attentive and kind on the phone when gathering my information for the appointment, but they were also very adept at finding styles that were very much in line with what I was looking for. Ann Matthews is a family business and was therefore much smaller and customer focused than the bridal department stores. The entire staff went out of their way to make me happy. It did not feel like they were forcing me to buy a dress from them, but rather wanted to provide comprehensive information about the dresses and designers to help me find a dress that made me happiest. I also appreciated their honesty about prices and their truly caring demeanor. I ended up finding the perfect dress and ordering it on the spot, and they even gave us free lotion and chapstick as a "thank you" for supporting their business! I would highly recommend them to others, and I am looking forward to revisiting them for dress fittings and to purchase a veil.

I would recommend Ann Matthews to anyone looking for their wedding dress. The staff is friendly, professional and have an impressive knowledge of wedding dresses. I found my dress during my first visit and couldn't have been happier. When I told the consultant I would like to add cap sleeves to my dress she knew exactly what material to use to accentuate my dress . When I went in to pick up my dress is was absolutely PERFECT. I was blown away by how beautiful it was and to top it off it was very reasonably priced. I don't think I could have found a dress of as high quality for the same price any where else. Not to mention, since I purchased my dress there, my wedding party will receive a tremendous amount of discounts. If you're looking for a friendly, affordable place to buy your dress, Ann Matthews is the place to go.

Long story short, folks, I showed up unannounced, without and appointment, during their busiest season (prom and graduation) and they were quick to accommodate me for my first experience trying on bridal gowns.

They set me up with a consultant, Veronica, right away and we started the dress selection process. The overall experience has rivaled that of Kleinfeld's or Bridals by Lori (if you are addicted to those shows like I am). By far, the coolest thing about my experience was that my consultant really listened to what I liked and didn't like about the first few dressed I tried on. She then went and pulled a dress I hadn't originally been interested in based on her observations. THAT dress ended up being MY perfect dress!

I couldn't be happier with the designers they carry, the quality of products, the great discounts for your whole wedding party, and the competitive pricing they have on bridal accessories. This boutique is family-owned and operated and you can tell by the pride they take in YOUR experience. I recommend them now and I will keep recommending them!

I picked up my dress today and could not be happier. I am so glad I decided to try this place after seeing a couple dresses I liked online. The two dresses I thought I would like I didn't, but the woman helping me pulled a few more dresses and mine was absolutely perfect. Every single thing I wanted in a dress. The staff has been in contact with me through the entire payment and waiting process. My dress even came in earlier than I expected. Absolutely wonderful people, all of them.

Best place in town by far to look for a dress! They have nothing but patience for every single customer! They will not stop until you are 100% satisfied with what you are about to purchase! Jason is the best person to work with especially for prom\ coronation dresses. He has helped me to find 2 Absolutely incredible dresses that I would not have found going anywhere else. All employees work in unison to make the most out of your experience... WOW is about the only thing left in my mouth!

They must've gotten new managment or something lately, because I had a wonderful experience! They were so curteous and patient when I picked out my wedding dress. They contacted me several times while I was waiting for the dress to come in to give me updates. And they shipped it to me in Dallas with plenty of time to get alterations.
