Mark's Casa Chrysler Jeep

Great team! Worked with Salesmen Lee, he was very helpful and went out of his way!! Really surpassed my expectations, finance manger Miguel and the rest of the team was excellent, best place to buy a jeep. I drove over 3 hours just to buy my jeep, well worth the trip!!!

Horrible service dept., would never go there again. I bought Jeep from Mark's, only to have the engine fail at 37,671 miles. The service rep said they were certain I needed a new valve, but after they replaced the valve and head they said the piston rings had failed and the cylinder scorched and I needed a new engine. My jeep was there for 8 weeks. I decided to take it to another automotive shop for the engine replacement, but Mark's wouldn't let me take my jeep unless I paid them $895.25 for their improper diagnosis and repair. Caveat Emptor!
