Overall
Terrible experience

+Fair trade price (Gave me 1k more then blue book.)

-Took 5 hours to tour the lot, take a test ride, search other dealers inventories, and present me with a quote.
-Salesman not familiar with current inventory. (Promised 10 options on the lot. There were 4.)
-Salesman not familiar with incentives offered.
-Salesman not familiar with several features of Ram 1500s.
-Salesman did not know the difference between a bank draft and a check.
-Only manager was allowed to check inventory of other dealerships. (Spent over 30 min waiting for him to do a check.)
-Tried to sell me what was on the lot, not what I walked in the showroom for. (I handed them a printout of exactly what I wanted.)
-Several times they glossed over whether they were talking about the MSRP or the invoice price which makes a huge difference. (Gave me the impression they were trying to confuse me on the pricing system and make it seem like they were giving a better deal then the quote I brought in.)
-Quote came out to be just under what my loan was for. (red flag)
-Only searched other dealers inventories after we toured the lot even though I asked them to right away.
-In 2 days they called 3 times asking how my search was going and encouraging me to come back in.
-Told me they could only negotiate another price if I went in to the show room again.

I didn't think it was to much to ask for a knowledgeable salesman and fair pricing, but at Rothrock it is.
Bottom line, I would not recommend shopping here.

Overall

Terrible experience. Paid $1,000 for 4 tires and within 2 months spent numerous hours and another $120 at service stations due to issues with them. $600 for front and rear brakes which after 2-months I had to have recut for $400. Service Manager will not return my call.
