Chateau Bu-Sche

I am a school administrator and have been to the Chateau Bu-Sche many times and thought it was very nice. When planning my parent's 50th anniversary I chose the Chateau for location, price, quality and overall value. They were a joy to work with and my family was very pleased. I thought the staff was very professional

Anyone who is considering this place for a wedding should really re-consider. My daughter was supposed to get married here in 2009. We gave our initial deposit as required. However, prior to the second deposit being due, I did a research and found out that there is one common problem with this business. The day of the wedding, the event coordinator that they promised to assist you with the event, was nowhere to be found. In essence, you are on your own, unlike what was promised to prospective customers prior to the contract signing. I called Chateau Bu-Sche to give them a chance to clarify this. I was told that the Manager would call me back about it. No one did! I called again to follow up, but there was still no response. How could I put the most important event in my daughter's life in the hands of a company that does not value their customers? I gave them more than 4 weeks to respond, but no one did! With so much thoughts put into it, I had to cut my losses. I cancelled the event in light of the company's lack of follow through.



To those who are considering using this facility for their wedding, think twice, before you get too financially involved, that you cannot back out anymore. My rating of this facility should have been no star, but it was not an option.
