The people are VERY informative. They make sure to keep you in the loop with everything they do. Every part used on my car was directly from the manufacturer. They are very friendly and help you with anything you might possibly need help with from dealing with insurance claims to towing the vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Everyone at Total Performance is sooooo great!!! They not not only do incredible work at a VERY fair price, but are also fantastic communicators and super nice people (and a very cool puppy dog :) I had a small dent in my car and after seeing all the rave reviews for Total Performance online, I had my car in to get fixed. The PDR guy did an amazing job AND removed a few extra acorn dents on my hood at no extra charge! I highly recommend Total Performance and will definitely be going back for any and all of my auto body work. Thanks to Lisa, Tina, and all the guys!!!
