Bang's Towing

stalled out on the sunken medow and unable to be picked up by AAA, Was sent a tow truck that did not hold enough passengers. So i had to call a cab for $40. Then was told i would be charged $100 for the hook up and 7.50 per mile for 10 miles, turns out it was 22 miles and $1114 later theres no star on My christmas tree. You'd be Better off PUSHING YOUR CAR YOURSELF!

I had to call bangs Towing again cuz my daughter truck keeps breaking down I just spoke with the girl Kathleen when I call bangs Towing she was so patient and and understanding about the situation I was going through and very helpful yeah my daughter was out an old Bethpage and needed a telling but she wouldn't give me the information on where the car was parked because it was a valet parking I need information on the car license plate and location where am I going it wasn't answering right away I was not giving me the information I need so I was going back and forth texting her the Kathleen was so patient with me to help my daughter and then she called my daughter to get the information she needed cuz my daughter wasn't giving me any information that I really needed I thank you Kathleen so much for all your help.

Horrible customer service, very rude. They charged me for over 20 miles when in reality it was 5 miles. When I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company a guy in the back aggressively approached me and refunded the money on to my credit card and would not release my car to me unless I payed in cash.

worst towing ever, very bad customer service.

it took them 2 hours before they showed up.
not only that,

the driver dropped me off about three blocks away from where my car should be dropped off. i had to push my car at 1 in the morning to park where it should have been parked. the driver was very rude and not helpful. i have geico insurance and it was paid by them. i pay geico 20 dollars a month for road side assistance. i can go with aaa and can get much better service.

I had a situation today of a misunderstanding with bangs towing over one, yes 1 mile not being covered by Geico in my emergency assistance policy. And instead of a solution I was treated with disrespect and childish behavior from the supervisor of their weekend answering service. I'm disgusted by his behavior. Thank God for Geico coming to a solution. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache.
