Think Twice

2 jobs done by this company on my car.

Fix the bumper and trunk from a wreck, and repaint the hood due to common rock chips.

Both jobs were done in an unexpectable manner and I was given attitude because I would not accept a halfway done job.

The bumper was not aligned to my fenders, there was moisture in the tail light, and the trunk was not seat properly. I was hit in the back by a motorcycle, so it is not like there was major damage. After they had to go back and fix the car again, I had to return the car a few months later because the bumper started to come off. You could see the ground between my bumper cover and my trunk. My trunk barely closed. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this last repair will stay.

I went to them to paint the hood of my car due to common rock chips. (Hey everybody has a bad day, thought I would give them another chance). Dropped the car off and the same day it was finished. Fast paint job, right?! They quoted a full hood paint job for $400. They admitted to only painting the bottom 1/3 and clear coating the rest, and tried to charge more. There were rock chips still left in my car. Again, made them fix it since that is not what I was told I would be getting. Was treated like they couldn't believe that we would complain about this work. In fact, the owner and their salesman was very unproffesional while cussing over the fact that we had complaints. In a business where you are dealing with the public, you need to be prepared to have unsatsified customers and know how to deal with them in a proffesional manner. I don't think they like to hear that they do shoddy work.

They are supposed to stand behind their work for the life of the car. I can only say if you still choose to go with them, make sure you don't accept anything below what is expected. It seems like that is what they are counting on, most of their customers to be the type of people that will accept less than average work for promised excellent quality.

I was an employee here until Earnie Stone let his employee attack me and chase me around the parking lot with a firearm, after the incident with the employee Allen Robinson, Earnie stood beside him and told me I was fired and also informed the other employees not to speak on this. I have audio from the incident and also have the police report. Don't go to a shop where they let employees do cocaine and start fights with other employees and customers. This was just this summer!

I read the reviews below before I took my 2009 Camry to Carriage House Collision. I saw some people were unhappy with their paint job so I was a little curious. But WOW what an excellent job they did!!

I was so impressed with their work and they were SO friendly to me and my husband (who by the way...is VERY picky with the car. I was impressed by the way they were able to match the paint SO WELL that it didn’t even look like it had ever been touched.

Way to go guys! I know in my line of work you CAN'T please everyone (the couple below) but if you can please my husband then you're doing good...LOL. Take your car to Carriage House Collision... I know you'll be pleased! We were!!

EXCELLENT WORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE!

I can't say enough GOOD things about Carriage House Collision. I recently got into a little fender bender and my insurance company recommended Carriage House. At first, I was a little hesitant like any else in search of a new body shop. After doing a bit of research and reading up on some reviews online, I decided to give them a shot and see how it would turn out.

I don't regret the decision for a single moment. They do AMAZING work but above all else, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is amazing. They called me every few days to keep me updated on where they were with the repairs. A repair that was supposed take 2+ weeks took them a little over a week.

When I got my car back I stepped into a brand new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything had been cleaned immaculately. The floors were vacuumed, the seats were cleaned and the panels were all wiped down.

It's the little things like that that keep body shops like Carriage House in business for years and years. Way to go guys!

I'd recommend this body shop to anyone in need of GOOD, HONEST body work with plenty of friendly customer service!!!

Very poor customer service. They broke off the cover to my headlight sprayer. They insisted it was broken when they received the car. Then I found the part in my car with super glue on the back and it was glued backwards. Went back to the shop told the management what I found. They first still insisted that it was that way when they received it, but they questioned everyone in the shop, finally the guy who washes the cars said that it came off when he sprayed the car but he did not super glue the back. This statement by the guy who washes the cars showed that Darryl the guy who checked in my car obviously lied about the original state the car. The owner said that because it had been super glued before he was not responsible for breaking it. His theory was that we had broken it before tried to fix it and it just happened to fall off in his shop, and he became very angry in defense of his nonsense theory. Be wary they may take $3,400 but wont be responsible if they break something else.
