Andover Collision Center

Rated 1 star b/c could NOT submit review with zero. Was very disappointed with customer service received and time management it took to receive vehicle back from repairs. Each week was told the truck would be done the following week but the next week when checking in, was told the following week it'd be done. Had STRESSED to check axel and was told it was ok but we were "suppose" to get truck, was told they just found out axel was broken. Took 2 months to get truck back and truck was stinky when received PLUS had to be "cleaned" before pick up but was still had grease smudges on dash along with grease stained floor mats. I would NOT recommend this shop nor utilize this shop again even if it was the last shop on the planet, I would walk the rest of my days instead of taking it to Andover Collision Center!!!!!
