Dan Carroll & Sons Plumbing Ll

Plumber Dan Carroll was recommended to us by the man who runs a nearby hardware store. We called and told Dan about our Kohler toilet which was not working. He said he would come by and look at it on a certain date giving a window of 3 hours time. I waited for him-he never came and he never called. We called him the next day and he said he would come by, which he did. However he said he needed to order a part which would be hard to find. OK, we have three toilets and were willing to wait, which we did-for another week. We called him again and he said he'd ordered the part at a big box store and would be over the next day to install it. He never came or called the next day. I called another plumber who came the next day and fixed the toilet. I am embarrassed to admit we waited 10 days for Dan to fix out toilet. If you like a long wait, please hire Dan.
