Dental Examination
Your need and frequency for digital X-rays will be based on your age, your dental history, a dental exam, your medical history, symptoms and signs, and your risk of disease. Although complete X-rays of your entire mouth should be taken at least once or twice a year, new X-rays may be required if any unexpected dental problems arise.
