Discount Tire

Hey Folk's,

I'm JJ Mathis, I'm the most bitchy consumer I know, I want the best price, I want it now, and most of all I want the best customer service period! So when I called looking for tires, I called Discount Tire "54 Airport Rd, Arden, NC 28704 (828) 708-6022" first.. After getting much information I did not know from Marland, I got off the phone and started to look for better prices with my new information. I called Sam's, Wal-Mart, and other places, I got online and checked for better deals, service and warranty packages and none could offer what Discount Tire did. So reluctantly I when to this Discount Tire, and was met by Adam the manger and asked for Marland whom remembered me, we went out to look at the tires on the car, and he pointed out real problems with them, then told me he would get me the best deal on a set of 4 new tires with a service and warranty package that would make me happy. He did not make up stuff, he did not try to get me to buy more than I needed, he gave me excellent tires at a price that could not be matched anywhere! The staff took the car, replaced the tires, got rid of the old ones and explained how and when to bring the car back for Free rotation and balance for the life of the tires "65,000" miles and that if my tires were un-serviceable that they would be replaced for Free! 40 mins later I was done, the car looks so much better, drives perfectly now, and I know that if there's a problem, it's taken care of by any Discount Tire.

Bottom line, if your going to spend a couple hundred dollars on tires, do yourself a favor and find the Discount Tire near you and save yourself the hassle and headache. Thank you Discount Tire for your excellent professional service.
