Superb work. Have had a number of MBs and BMWs repaired over the years - and in all cases I was very pleased with the results. One BMW with a $13K collision repair looked like new. On time commitments, on time completion and flawless work - what more could you ask.

Recent repair work not done correctly - vehicle brought in for a complaint - told they would need to order part and received call when it came in - vehicle brought back- told it was repaired - took my credit card over the phone and left vehicle outside for pick up. Complaint had not been resolved so brought back and advised that they would correct repair but needed to order part; several phone calls later service manager is no longer working there and now they are not agreeing they should repair the job done incorrectly in the first place. This has been going on for nearly two months with my need to make phone calls to find out where things stand - only one return call to me - then nothing - hoping we will go away.
